COO and Co-Founder Mark Bullock explains Videososcials’ “You Were Missed” program. Videosocials works when its members show up, so when you miss a meeting, you are missed and we’ll make sure you know it.

Do you know that you really were missed?

Hi, I’m Mark Bullock, I’m the co-founder of Videosocials.net. And we have a ‘You Were Missed’ program and all of you know it at this point in time that, you know, the stated purpose is to let people know that their absence was noted, that they were missed when they didn’t show up for the club last time.

So my… the thing that brought my attention to it today is that we’re in a club that we’ve got quite a few people that are missing. We’ve got a new member, that is a newer member, that is saying, you know, ‘Where is everybody?’ like something’s wrong. And that just kind of reinforces to me the whole issue with ‘You Were Missed’ because these clubs work, you know that they work or you wouldn’t still be attending and doing it. And they work because you are there, each one of you.

So it’s not just the accountability. It’s not just the habit that you’re getting into. It’s not just the feedback. It’s not all of the features that we’ve talked about and all the benefits that we experience. It literally is you. You are Videosocials. You are missed when you don’t come.

So, of course, client service comes first. There’s a medical issue. It’s a holiday, something like that. There’s valid reasons to not show up. And if we know that you’re not going to be there, then that makes everybody feel a little bit better and takes people off edge. But when you don’t show up and you don’t let anybody know that you’re not going to show up, there’s an impact and it impacts your community and it impacts you because you didn’t get to have that great experience.

We all know when we get 8, 9 people in the room and we’re all going for it, it raises and elevates all of our performances. So that’s just one more reason to pay attention.

And welcome back, Christian. I’ve missed you and it’s so delightful to have you back.

Everyone have a great holiday season, and whenever you can, come to your club. Again, Mark, Videosocials.net, phoneBlogger.net. Have a great day.
