Have you ever had one of those days? You know, those days that it’s just machine gun fire. Stuff’s coming at you and you just can’t catch a breath.
Hi. I’m Mark Bullock. I’m the co-founder of Videosocials.net and phoneBlogger.net. And I’ve had one of those days — and I’m in a Videosocials meeting.
So, let me back up. So, what is Videosocials? Videosocials is a place for people to come together and get their video recordings done for social media, their newsletters, their websites, etc.
Who am I? I’m the co-founder of the whole program and I’m on Videosocials meetings at least a handful of times every single week. I’ve done 500 and something videos. I don’t need to be here recording today. I’m the most consistent member that we have, and I’ve done more videos than anybody else that we have.
But why am I here when I’ve had one of those days? Well, it’s because I’ve had one of those days. Why is that? Because I like the people that are here. I’ve become friends with all of the Videosocials members but certainly those that have been doing it for a while. You just get to know everybody, and we are all each other’s support. We are all each other’s ‘Atta boy,’ pat on the back when we need it.
And in fact, we even have somebody that showed up today who lost a loved one in the last few days. And my heart and condolences are out to them. But if they can show up — if… you know, it doesn’t get any more of a bad day than that, right?
So, it’s not a bad day. I got a lot done. There’s a lot of things that are left to get done tomorrow but all that can be set on the side for a minute because what’s important is I’m here with my friends, and I’m here to take the step, to stay in the habit, and to even produce something to get on camera when I had absolutely no idea what it was that I was going to talk about. And so, I just talked about what was… actually came up for me today because I got on, forcing a smile, cringing, and now I can breathe.
