What’s the one thing that’s missing from whatever content that you’re creating, that your audience really wants, and at the same time, they would never think to ask for it?
Hi. I’m Mark Bullock. I’m the co-founder of Videosocials.net and phoneBlogger.net.
And the one thing comes down to a word and it’s called acknowledgment. What am I talking about?
I’m talking about they have gone out of their way in one way, shape, or form to give you a couple of minutes to consume your content. They’ve got struggles. They’ve got problems that they’re trying to solve. They may think that they’re supposed to figure it out all on their own. You would really do best to acknowledge them for whatever they’re feeling.
The thing is it has to be authentic. You have to actually feel it. You actually have to believe what you’re saying. And if you do, then they will see, they will get that you get where they’re coming from. In other words, they can then relate to you. That’s the holy grail above and beyond know, like, and trust. It’s their ability to know that you can relate to what they’re dealing with — what they’re up against, and the trials and tribulations that they’ve had to go through to even watch your video, read your blog post, listen to your podcast, etc. And especially, if they choose to become a client, never forget to acknowledge their choice and their decision to try to improve their lives, improve the lives of their families, improve their business, whatever it is.
So, you just keep that in mind, and you can put it into any piece of content, any conversation, any message that you’re having with your audience, with your prospective clients, and with your existing clients. It’s the one thing that we’re all a little short of in life, and that is acknowledgment for what we’ve had to go through to even get to the point of consuming whatever you’ve created for them.
I hope you found this valuable. If you did, there’re lots more at Videosocials.net/Academy, for which there will be a link below for just that. Again, Mark Bullock, co-founder of Videosocials.net and phoneBlogger.net. Have a great day.
